What is the return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Items must include original tags and packaging. Returns are issued as store credit or exchange only unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Sale items, clearance items, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Tough Lxve Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Why was my order canceled?

Orders may be canceled due to inventory issues, payment verification, or suspected fraud. If this happens, you’ll be notified and refunded.
